I’m a communication professional, business storyteller, and human‑centric leader who builds courage into the lives and voices of women reinventing, rising, rebuilding, and refusing to shrink.
I don’t trade in corporate gloss or performative empowerment; I work in truth and clarity, shaping stories that pierce through the noise and reveal the inner treasures women carry quietly beneath the surface.
My craft sits at the intersection of identity, leadership, creativity and lived experience, helping women step into visibility, claim their voice, and build a life that feels brave, aligned, and entirely their own.
This is not self‑help. This is self‑honouring, where fear and excitement collide, and women choose themselves anyway.
With the arrival of my 40s, my thoughts often lingered on a decades-long back catalogue of regrets. They haunted me every night at around 3am, stirring up a tonne of guilt, shame, and remorse over past decisions that I couldn't change. Over time, I started to feel a negative impact on my sleep, health, and well-being.

And this went on for years!
I came from the generation where nobody spoke about perimenopause, so it wasn't until much later that I learned it was a significant driver of my nocturnal regret sessions (and other really annoying effects of mid-life hormonal shifts). The problem-solver in me knew there had to be a solution to this never-ending nightmare.
So, one night, after I'd truly had enough, I tried an experiment to see what would happen if I revisited my regrets intentionally through a lens of gratitude.
What happened next was an unexpected personal transformation that eventuated in a 60-second TEDx pitch in 2022 and a TEDx talk in 2023.

Project Brave is a movement for "extraordinarily ordinary" women navigating the messy middle of career and life. Born over a decade ago through the late Donna Walker's underground community, it championed courage, connection, and courageous conversations to drive meaningful change.
Now reimagined in a new era by me - a self-described “Fraidy Cat” who has left a long corporate career to build something my heart and soul has been begging me to bring to life, Project Brave hands the microphone to women who've lived the good, the bad, and the ugly and want to leave their legacy for future generations.
Not the highlight reel. Not the glossy “what.” The how. The messy middle of fear, politics, perception, unspoken rules, failures, and the courage to get up to face another day when it felt like everything you touched turned into a steaming pile of crap.
Because when women tell the truth about the how, we give each other hope through guidance, build strength through life's lessons, and momentum through rising together to smash our glass ceilings for good.
Ladies, it's time to pick up your bats.

I'm a visionary storyteller who can move a room with truth, clarity, and heart. Whether I’m delivering a keynote, hosting a panel, or event, I bring a refreshing combination of humility and insight that transforms complex ideas and messy human moments into stories that connect.
I've led teams through corporate complexity in a changing world, influenced without authority, and built new concepts from scratch, so I know what it takes to fall down, get up, and keep choosing courage over fear. That's why my work resonates with businesses and leaders who are hungry to inspire, educate, and empower through authenticity over perfection with real human connection instead of carefully curated gloss.
Whether I am presenting a signature topic on generational diversity, women's mental health, real-world leadership, or working with you to craft a bespoke keynote aligned to your event theme, I aim to leave your audience thinking differently about the world, themselves, and their incredible human potential.
"We've had the privilege of collaborating with Tiana across a series of video projects for CGU Insurance, and what stood out immediately was how deeply she invested herself in the work, long before we got on set.
Tiana didn't just brief us and step back. She was embedded in the entire creative process: researching, developing interview questions, building rapport with talent, and hunting down the kinds of customer stories that most people would walk straight past. She has a rare instinct for finding the human thread in a business story, a detail that makes an audience lean in.
That collaborative spirit carried all the way through to post-production, where she continued working closely with our co-producer and editor to shape the story with the same care and intention she brought from day one.
The result was a body of work that felt genuinely authentic, not just commercially polished. Tiana understands that great content has to feel like something, and she brings that conviction to every stage of production.
As a creative agency, we're only as good as the clients we collaborate with. Tiana raises the bar and we'd work with her again without hesitation."

"Tiana reported to me during a time of upheaval - we had a vision to transform the Broker Relationships space at CGU and wanted to bring our business closer to the brokers - a new role was created which Tiana filled - it was to head up broker communications & marketing.
In this role we referred to Tiana as a “Unicorn” - her experience on the trading floor, combined with her creativity put her in a unique position to create comms that had cut-through and met our business requirements.
Always up for a creative challenge, I’d recommend Tiana to anyone looking for a business-led but human digestible approach to communication and marketing. "
